Good afternoon @Dan Sheeks

I would love to get an opportunity to talk to you on the phone and discuss with you my plans, what I'm already doing, and some more background info about myself. 

I thought your article is really well written and I have already done a lot of the things mentioned. The only question I have is what method of real estate to start in (ex. wholesaling, fix and flip), and some questions about you.

I am very thankful you're a high school teacher as I'm a Freshman student, and I'm free to chat with you anytime since I'm doing online school.

For some background, I'm a 15 year old living in Oklahoma. I am interested in real estate investing and have done research on this topic, but I am unsure on how I can take my first step into real estate let alone which sector of real estate to go in.

Any advice helps, thanks.
