Thank you everyone. The house is in North Olmsted a far west side suburb. We are looking to sell for around $120-125,000. The neighbors house sold for $127,000 last year. They are pretty much identical but this house has a small addition on the back that enlarged the bathroom. We had to basically redo the entire house, so it will be as brand new as a 60 year old house can be. The houses had been selling in the $115,000 - 130,000 range in the neighborhood over the past two years. I appreciate the encouragement! Paul

Hello,

I have just begun investing in real estate. Purchased a home in foreclosure in September, currently rehabbing it. It is about 75% complete. Looking to sell by the end of January. Hoping to complete three next year, and bump up to 6 in 2009. Just found this site looking for any information about how to get things rolling quicker than my current plan. There is a lot of information here, I appreciate all the insight everyone provides. Thank you!
