Hello Everyone,

I located a 8 unit apartment complex in need of a full rehab. Listing prices is at $200,000.  Each unit is a 2/1 and the average rent for that area is $800. I contacted the listing agent and complex has been vacant for the past 2-3 years. Some units has copper missing and slight water damage. How do I assess the true value to make my initial offer?

I'm looking for a contractor in the Tallahassee,FL area. I am in the process of purchasing a 8 unit commercial property that needs a full rehab. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I'm Silenceux and am fairly new to this forum. I have been in real estate for the past 3-4 years buying single family homes. And am trying to transition into building new homes in the Virginia area. So my question to the forum is, how do I raise the capital from private investors to build more homes?
