Hello everyone,

I am a investor looking to kick my portfolio off with a Multi unit property. My fiancee and I are looking to house hack the property while we continue to search the market for the next real estate opportunity. I am looking for advice on finding off-market properties. What killer strategies have you developed or tried that I am not aware of? Currently I have access to mls, zillow, realtor... I have also driven for dollars.

Thank you for the advice and the support!

This post has been a long time coming. In short, it is time to begin my real estate journey. It has been a goal of mine for the past few years and it developed right after college. My goal is to purchase a multi unit property and live in one of the units (House Hacking). I am searching for connections to grow my home network. The areas in which I am searching for properties in are south Hanover, PA and southern York, PA (Close to 83). Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated. This is the beginning for me and I am ready to step out of my front door to begin traveling the real estate road that lies ahead.
