Post: Renters broke up and one has vacated

I have a couple who signed a 12 month lease in August. One tenant send me notice that due to irreconcilable domestic issues she is no longer living at the property. The lease they signed doesn’t have anything about a lease breaking fee and has the two tenants jointly and severally liable. How should I respond to her?
