Is anyone familiar with the "No Income No assets" loans? I want to start investing, but my DTI needs improvement due to student loan debt, which will only increase for the next 2-3 years. I have no way of financing a property witth my financial situations and all of the strict barriers that most lenders require just to begin.

I feel stuck due to the uncertainty of knowing how to get started with little to no money. My partner and I wanted to go the FHA method, but we wanted to understand what are the estimated amounts (min-max) you are given to work with? Does credit score matter (650-700) or should it be improved before starting?
