Great story. I retired once last year, now I’m back on a deployment as a contractor saving up so I can retire for good within the next two years, by (28).

Also, your monthly passive income statement is very correct as I did not reach the number I truly wanted to reach and that is exactly why I’m trying a second time.

@Daniel J Lopez

I would say it depends on how you process information and what state you want to get licensed in. I did not study for my exam besides going through the mandatory 180 hours pre licensing courses. I am licensed in Texas and took the online course with Aceable Agent, I should the information very repetitive that further studying was not necessary. They also had great deals on Groupon, I hope this helps!

ThNk you for all the replies, it’s great seeing how everyone views the podcasts. I’m currently on episode 139. When I arrived in Afghanistan I was on episode 94. I think I’ll stop at 150. Like many of you said, they have become repetitive.

I actually discovered BiggerPockets after my first deal, therefore much of what I heard was just a confirmation of what I have already experienced. However that being said, I have learned many more great tips and ways to get creative.

I’ll look into the other podcasts that have been mentioned in this trend.

I’m be here for several more months so I’ll be doing more knowledge obtaining. However also being a Realtor myself I’m extremely excited to get back and scale. I realized I’ve been setting my goals way too low!

For the new members or those such as myself, who have been a member for some time but do not engage as much, I’m curious to know how many podcast episodes do you listen to weekly?

I’m fortunate enough to be in a place of employment where I can spend most of my work day listening to the podcast. I’m curious to know how many others can and are taking advantage of a being in a situation such as this?
