Thank you for your reply.  The pay is $2,500 per month.  We do offer free housing (1 bedroom unit) within the apartment.  The gross rent is around $26,000 per month.

The position entails managing the apartment building,  perform regular maintenance and repairs and work with bookkeeper.  If you know of responsible and trustworthy people, please let me know about them.

I have a 72 unit apartment building in Indianapolis.  Instead of hiring a property management company, I would prefer to work with a trustworthy individual that can also do regular maintenance and repairs.  If you know of someone in Indy that might fit this description, please let me know.
