@Joseph Guzzardi Jr what areas do you invest in? Are there any areas that I should stay away from in NJ? I’m looking for a good cash flow and some appreciation but generally more cash flow.

@Joseph Guzzardi Jr Thank you!! Do you own any investments in NJ? If so how did you acquire the properties?

@Steve Schulman thank you so much this was really encouraging. I would love to stay in contact for when I purchase my first investment property. As for the FHA 203k, I would find a property that needs major rehab and then house hack it? I would also like to know how you acquired your first property.

Hello everyone, I'm looking to purchase a multi family property in New Jersey. Preferably a duplex to start out my investing. I'm trying to find areas in NJ that have positive job growth and economic development but the google searches aren't giving me anything substantial. What sites or methods do you guys use to truly investigate your market? And to any NJ investors out there, what places in NJ support multi family rental property investing? I'm looking to house-hack. The financing would most likely be an FHA loan.

I’m trying to figure out where I can use the calculator I see Brandon using in his videos. Is it free?
