If there is a home that's foreclosing in a month (May 2nd) and I put it under a double close style contract can I list it? And would it differ at all from a standard wholesale deal?

Hello everybody, my name is Sidney Covey. I am an beginner investor from Texas. I am very interested in rental property, I plan to make my move to it once I raise enough money.
