@Larry T and @Sean Peters  thanks so much for that advice guys.  Yea Larry, I am not sure how much all of the rehab cost would be and that was the only reason, why I was thinking about bringing him to the meeting.  I will definitely take your advice guys.  Thanks for all of your help.

Hi am going to meet a potential seller within the next few days or so and I wanted to know is it a good idea to bring my contractor to meeting as well or should I bring him after I have already talked to the seller and looked at the property.  Thanks

Larmon, thanks so much for getting back to me.  That was very helpful.  I would be using my site to capture motivated sellers for my wholesaling and rehabbing businesses.  I will also create a separate site to obtain leads for buyers and private money lenders.

Hello everyone,

I am new her at biggerpockets and I am looking to launch my new website for my business.  I wanted to know if anyone has ever used real estate investor websites before.  If so, how good are the websites and are you able to generate a lot of leads from them.  Thanks, I look forward to hearing back from everyone.
