Hi All, I'm fairly new at this and would like your advice.

When filling out your assignment of contract, do you only enter your assignment fee or do you include your fee with the original contract price? Ex: If original contract is $20k and my fee is $10k, should I enter $30k on my assignment of contract or just my fee of $10k? How do you keep the buyer from knowing what your fee is? Thanks.
