Worst PM ever

they gave wrong address to tenant to send cashier checks - gave the old address - they claimed old office got it and is forwarding it  for 2months and then I insisted they give a clear answer - then they start eviction process - tenant contacted me and showed me proof - so I stopped eviction - but they charged me $800 as they claim process was started

impossible and never cold talk to the PM

they changed my ac - got a new one that dint fit in the space for ac so they installed it out side in patio with out telling me - then HoA asked me to move it and for that move they charged $4000

Don’t use them useless

I should say the proof of insurance does not show the exclusions - Policy does show exclusions - sad part is that they never sent me the policy document - until I asked after the incident- just the proof of insurance and invoice 

This experience taught me that I have to look closely on what is excluded in the policy

The invoice or the policy does not show the exclusions - and my previous insurance did not exclude the water and sewer - you guys should advise of the exclusions - as the investors starting out don’t know tour dirty tricks

The worst Insurance I dealt with - I had a sewer backup on one of my condos - and when I wanted to file a claim they say the policy does not include it

A while ago another property had the same issue - and no issues with the insurance I had (NOT NREIG). The worst part is that they dont even tell you what is not included. They are just taking your money for nothing - you need to do the 20 questions to get anything reasonable detail from them
