@Larry Fried Thanks for your reply. Appreciate it! I will definitely put in work on researching the TK company. I am dealing with not many are good with communications. Hopefully I find the right company who I feel comfortable with soon.

@Joel Fischer I never looked at turnkey-reviews.com before, looks interesting. 

@Lee Taylor We emailed Profit from Rental to schedule a meeting but they didn't respond back. I guess emails is not the right way to reach to the turn-key companies. I will directly call them.

I am new to real estate and looking to buy multi-family units(2-4 units to begin with) in Chicago(South). I reached out to few turnkey companies but the response is very poor. I don't feel confident about doing turnkey given that companies are not welling to schedule the initial phone call. If anyone can recommend good turnkey companies in Chicago, I would really appreciate that. Also, what is the other alternative for turnkey ? Thanks.
