Can you Elaborate a little more on the 203K Loan? 

Im also in the washington dc area . ( Arlington) and have the classic 2/1 rambler that I am getting ready to rent out. 

I think I could make it a positive cash flow if a few things were added ( full bath) ( laundry room/closet) and I could get a higher rent ( especially with amazon coming up). Would love to find some financing and not have to use a ReFi on this but rather on another property investment.
