Finally after being paid out on September 2nd n after calling daily and sending messages emails every day I got a response on October 14th that in 7-10 days I’ll receive my funds back I should have them in my new account by October 25th 

Has anyone had their funds return n got them back because of bank account closed 

All I’m getting now is they sending notes up to the accountant department but this being going on for 3 weeks now 

I did that the bank closed the account an rejected the payments

Paid September 2 

My portal has payment being processed and I got my approved letter emailed the other day to me but my portal started haven’t updated to payment been paid anyone have insight on this 

I have been in payment processing for a minute now how long till it says paid I called no time frame on when n I was told to look for an email is that true to know when I will be paid

 It just all depends mine went from payment pending to paid but the message at the top is saying payment is being processed so I have no idea 

How long was it till it said paid I’m on day 2 now

Ok, so I found out that your application status has to updated to say paid. Once your application has been approved, it has to be processed for payment. I guess trying to get your landlord/utility company the opportunity to opt in to receive the funds. They don’t have a timeline for long it processes but you should receive an email telling you how much they’re paying once it does process. I’m still waiting for my status to say paid. 

After u went to processed how long after did u receive funds
