My wife and I are new to the fix-and-flip business, and we could really use some help. Four months ago, we bought a house in Decatur, zip code 30032.

We thought we had everything sorted when we hired a contractor to rehab the house. But turns out, they're struggling to wrap things up. They keep saying it's good to go but trust me, it's far from it. And to add to the stress, we took out a loan to cover the costs, and now we're watching our hard-earned cash disappear with each passing day.

In this moment of desperation, I reach out to this community for assistance. If anyone knows a contractor who can swoop in and save the day, we'd be forever grateful. My wife's even planning to camp out there for a couple of weeks to make sure things get done right as we are based out of NJ, so time's of the essence. I also want to make sure we have a great house for someone who will come in to buy with their hard-earned money.

Please Any help or guidance extended our way would be immensely appreciated. Thank you for considering our plight. Below are some pictures of the unfinished work for reference.
