Hi Nathan - I don't know anything about mobile homes, but I wanted to welcome you to BP!

So this may be a stupid question - do you have to have a RE license to "bird dog"?

Am now a member of the BP LinkedIn group. I know our agents LOVE LinkedIn and have been very successful there. I post to Facebook & Twitter daily and have not had as much feedback from the agents on these platforms... however... since the accounts and fan pages are still new and need to grow in size - I believe it is just a matter of time. Social Media is definitely a positive force not only for networking - but also for SEO.

I'm not personally an agent, (although I did have my agent license years ago). I work in the marketing department and am responsible for exposing Short Sale Daily News and Southeastern Home Team to the real estate community at large using as many internet and social media platforms as I can find.

There are many agents here who are experienced instructors and writers. They regularly offer free classes and webinars in addition to the products and services they sell.

I don't want to say too much - as I'm still learning what I can and can't post.
