@Jack Butala I have questions regarding RealQuest. Do they provide accurate comps and what is the benefit of real quest?

I just put a property on contract through owner-financing with the seller to meet the seller's asking price. Is it possible to owner finance a whole-sale deal? How will you determine a good number for this type of deal?

What is your lead time between sending mails and knocking on doors. How long do you have to wait before you knock on doors. 

I just sent my mails last months for houses that will go on foreclosure  sale on March 7th.

Do you go by yourself to knock on door or you go with a partner?

@Jacob Smith Did you send a mail to the owner or did you knock on the owner's door. How did you find this lead. I am currently utilizing your system but I have not gotten any leads so far. i just send post cards to the address that i found. i want to know if I should go ahead and start knocking on doors.

I was also contacted buy them. You pay an upfront fee of 8.9% of the total credit line given. The credit is sourced from different lenders so it is similar to having about 5 credit cards with a limit of 20k on each card.

I have not utilized them yet but looking into it.
