Hello Frank

I am in Indianapolis. I will be attending a  meeting this evening.

Ok I  will. I just always see the scams. Nobody post about the good companies.

Does anyone know of any legit private or hard money lenders they would recommend? So many scams just looking for a legitimate company willing to give newbies a try.

Awesome post Riley. It's easy for others to bring negative comments. However many of us not only come to Bigger Pockets for the knowledge but also for inspiration and uplifting guidance. When others on the forum do just the opposite of that it can be discouraging to a newcomer trying to get started.

Are the supply houses only open to contractors?

Hello everyone,

I am working on using the calculators to analyze deals. If there is information I don't have like title fees, escrow fees, atty fees, etc. How do I get that or estimate those fees?

@Joe Fairless Hey Joe, I love your post its very inspiring and keeps me hopeful that I can do it too.
