Under Michigan law, the "purchaser" who brought the house at the foreclosure sale may inspect the home during the redemption period. Am I considered the "purchaser" since I brought the home from the bank and would I be able to inspect the property or did the bank inspect the home since they originally brought the home? I currently hold a sheriff's deed.
