Zillow pulls from the MLS, though do not have everything from you local MLS.

In order to have full access to the MLS you need a RE License.

I live in NYC and am looking to start a RE career including Flipping and Rental Properties.

As you probably know starting out in NYC is extremely difficult due to the high pricing.

So I am looking for a Area or suburb next to the city even if it is a 45 min drive, that has low crime, decent schools and a possibility to buy a house for 100K.

Going with the BRRRR method using cash, is defnately the least risk.

You can buy with cash and get all your money back through Refinance. In my humble opinion, that's the best way to start out on Ral Estate.
