hey guys

One way to manage your property is outsourcing it to a management company, but i feel like nobody will manage your property as good as you, but only if you actually know how to do it right.

And if you don't that could be a big mess.

to me property management can actually  be broken to 2 subjects,

property maintenance and managing tenants.

placing good systems for both of them can do a lot.

what i'm looking for is more of HOW THE OPERATION WORKS  and NOT who is your plumber type of information .

what will be your key tips to someone who wants to do it the right way on those 2 subjects ?

maybe write about the experience that made you come to that realization

any tip will  help as i'm working on my plan  and getting more perspective on it can help me hack it faster and better

Hey guys I own a rental property in Philadelphia. The property is occupied for 6 month and for the last 3 month we have a mice problem. I did everything I can to fight it. Working on the house to close holes (very difficult with tenants inside), stuccoed the outside of the house, replaced and sealed basement windows and more. Also brought an exterminator that did some work. We are considering letting the tenants brake their lease and move. I need help to fight the problem. If you are an expert, or know an expert, or you dealt with this kind of problem in the past please contact me. Thank you so much
