Hi there, I am looking to research on the brooklyn ny area for my first home purchase... How will you recommend about researching an area like: what kind of population? Income? Rents? Sales? Jobs? Blue collar/white collar? Do you go on a website or how would you recommend me getting that info?

Hi I currently rent a place , can i buy a multy family in Brooklyn or Queens and live in one unit and rent out the second BUT still keep my rental unit in Manhattan? Will there be any issues with me having to adresses but one i own and one i rent?

Hi guys, So i would like to know what expenses does a buy and hold property has to the penny? How to calculate closing costs? What amount is the insurance? What amount do u save after all costs paid for saving for reserve for vacancy repairs and etc?

Lubasha White i was at a 2mortgage note seminar and it sounds interesting but it is a very risky business i am intrested to educate myself more in the subject before jumping in

@Adam Shbib welcome to BP

I hear a lot of advice that is being said over and over again about the importance of having access to the MLS and it was said again in podcast 37 which was FANTASTIC

However , I it is better to figure out the farm zone first before investing in the license....
