I appreciate your honest opinion Rick H. However, as I perceive it, where there's a problem, one must find a solution. With that said, let's see what happens. Hoping for the best.

The client indicated that obviously she still owes the bank their share of what was borrowed, the bank is taking things slow because of the chapter 7 bankruptcy that was filed. Maybe the wrong terms were used when typing out that statement.

Good evening BP'ers, I have a client in NYC that has a property in Jacksonville, Florida which she inherited through a will and the property has been abandoned for several years and isn't in great shape (land has value) However, the bank is owed money as well as accumulation of property tax and liens not totaling more then six figures. The client filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy which has been complete and she is not being bothered by what is owed on the property Question is the client wants to sell the property and make any type of gain after paying off any outstanding balance owed on the property. Any advice regarding proceeding further with this matter will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Good evening BP'ers, I have a potential client that has a property in the Bronx(NY) that has been sitting in foreclosure for close to six years and the client wants to set-up a short-sale for the property in order to be in the clear of any debt and potentially make some money in return. As being a potential RE agent of there's, what are the possibilities of conducting this type of transaction and the steps required to make it as smooth sailing as possible? Any feedback/assistance is greatly appreciated.
