Thanks for the support and warm welcome! I haven't looked in to the podcasts yet, is there a good place to start?

We're thinking of either flipping, or buy to let but getting a bit overwhelmed with the pure amount of information! Any advice for starting with low capital would be greatly appreciated. Australian options if possible!

Hello!

My name is Shivaun, my partner Michael and I are brand new to real estate investing and thought this would be a great place to start in order to reach our long-term goal of being financially independent. Our biggest challenge is starting with very minimal funds as we're both in our mid twenties and have spent most of our savings the last year travelling around Europe!

We're moving back to Australia at the end of the year, and aim to buy our first investment property by the end of 2015. We've found this website so helpful already, particularly the Beginners Guide book. I look forward to learning, asking LOTS of questions, contributing to the forums and meeting like minded people along the way.

Cheers :)
