They are legit! And the reason you're seeing so many of us signing up to biggerpockets to vouch for REI Reply, is because we are loyal paying customers who LOVE David and Susan - not because we're paid, but because they totally deserve it! There is no trial as far as I know, but there is a money-back-guarantee if you don't love it. And they accept PayPal, which for me says "Buyer Protection" - which is what helped me cut the skepticism and try them out, and - WOW! DO IT!!!!
