@ Raymond B. my wife and I went to the seminar last night and we purchased the 3 day class for 197... what are your thoughts on the class. I did some of the others but so many mixed review no idea who to believe. Just wondering if you have had any personal experience with that specific class.

Looking for information on how to flip real estate... Went to a seminar for than Merrill, and I feel it was more of a selling seminar for them to make money off me rather than for actual help... Anybody have some extra information. Oh the picture is my beautiful baby Sara :-)
