@William Byers

I have been researching to find a particular market to dive into and figured looking at the US in a macro perspective made sense. After pinpointing a particular area, I was then going to look at the micro trends. Is this a good strategy?

Does anybody have any reliable sources regarding the current state of US real estate markets? More specifically for buy and hold investors?

How reliable are publications such as this one and are there more out there like it?

Hello everyone,

My name is Keith Luk. I am an out of state investor from New York City. I have had an account with BP since 2010, but I have never utilized the forums until now. The informative and wonderful BP podcasts have made me want to really be a part of the community. Up until now I have been trying to get into real estate on my own, but now I realize that so much more can be achieved as a community. I look forward to contributing as much as I can.
