Thanks to Ned and Ryan, but as I mentioned I will not have enough money to buy a house or use to flip a house...

I'm in process of buying a house right now.

I wonder how can I buy the 2nd home soon?

I put 20% DP on this first home so my pocket money would be low after the purchase.

How did you experts expand your portfolio after the fist house and how long did it take?

Hi, I'm getting my first home it's going through appraisal.

My question is is it smart move to rent this property as lease option? or just regular rent?

I know there is little chance of tenant would buy it in their first 2 year contract but highly not.

I wanna hear some opinions and suggestions.

Thank you!

@Ned Carey Unfortunately there is no Korean who can help me

@Ned Carey I can't use that because i'm not paid user

@Daniel Luke I'm from Michigan and there is no military base around my town :(

@Ned Carey Thank you Ned, I tried to find someone under Network tab but you gotta be a plus/pro member  :(
