As an investor of SFH to 4 unit rentals, did any of you have a cost seg study done on your property. If so, how much did it cost you, how much benefit did you receive, and did you feel like the study was worth it?

Many of you mention how important it is to have the right team around you when you invest in real estate (i.e. attorney, accountant, broker). For a beginner, investing in the range of SFH to fourplexes, what team members would you say are vital to your team and how did you find those people for your own team?
