I would like to setup a series LLC for my investment business. I currently have a regular LLC that I setup on my own. Is the process harder for a series LLC? Spoke with an attorney who was going to charge $1500 to setup. Is that reasonable? Sounds pretty steep. Thoughts?

Hello!

I am looking to become a future landlord. My goal is to purchase a duplex and live on one side. I am looking to build up me team of experts. Does anyone have any great recommendations for real estate CPAs in the Dallas Texas area?

Thanks,

Shicara
