Welcome to BP!  My husband and I are here in Bville as well, and I think you went to school with our kids Brad and Kimberly.  I know your mom and sister also.  We are just getting started as well and are looking to invest in Bville, Tulsa & surrounding areas, OKC and surrounding areas, and NW Arkansas.  You are smart to get started so young.  I wish we would have started 20 years ago.  We are currently trying to convince our kids to get started as well.  Let's get together and chat sometime!

My husband and I are newbies looking to invest in Oklahoma and NW Arkansas to begin with. We are looking at mostly SFH and small Multi-family properties to buy and hold. We are learning a lot from the podcasts, webinars, and books. We are starting to network as well. Thanks to everyone who takes the time to blog, answer newbie questions, and give valuable tips.
