@Carmelo Pollicina RMD stands for Required Minimum Distribution.

For IRA, RMD is the April 1st of the calendar year after you attain age 70.5.

For 401(k), profit-sharing, 403(b), or other defined contribution plan, it will be the later of April 1st of the calendar year after you attain age 70.5 OR retire.

Greeting BP Memphis Community! I'm looking at single family house for long term rental.
I'd appreciate any insight on 38018 Cordova neighborhood from the locals, in particular the area just a little north of Mullins Stations Rd (near intersect with Appling Rd).

Any thoughts on the neighborhood, demographics, vacancy rate, or other relevant items you can think of will be great. Thanks in advance!

Would it be possible to consider changing your full time job to a part time basis (e.g. 60% part-time and still able to keep the benefits?) Or take an extended leave (say 3 months) to test out full time investing and see if you enjoy doing that?
