What were some vital saving habits you used or still use in order to be able to invest ?

Everyone , has to start from somewhere , some had a head start some late , but how do you start saving up that $10,000  down payment for your first property  ? What were some side hustles you used to help bring in some extra cash ?

That's a great way to look at it and I'm willing to invest in myself for this opportunity . There's no get-rich-quick scheme or road map to success , but there is drive , hunger , and a passion for what your dream (reality) is !  @randy e 

I'm not looking for rentals right now , I'm looking for lenders as well as partners . My target market is duplexes  and single family homes .
