Next year my husband will graduate from medical school and we will relocate for the residency program that accepts him. I am a stay at home mom looking to get started in real estate investing. We plan to use the physicians home loan to buy our first home (preferably a duplex) next year. I'm curious to know if any one else started out with a phl and how they strategized paying off medical shcool loans and building strong positive cash flow. Any tips, insight and/or advice is greatly appreciated!
