Hey. Thanks for all your replies and Mark, I'll surely consider what you said. However, a friend yesterday suggested me a company that provides bruised credit mortgages. http://www.privatelend.com/private-mortgages/bruised-credit-mortgage/ Frankly speaking, I've never heard of such a thing before, but should I give it a try there? You think I'll find good mortgage rates there?

Hey All! I'm a single mom and I want to purchase a new home. Its my first home purchase and unfortunately my credit score is below 500. Will I be able to find a good mortgage. Please advice.
