How do you see 5 beds vs let’s say 8 to 9 beds perform in the Champions Gate and other like communities perform?

On exit / sale do you see one out perform another to sell?

@Ralph DiBugnara Yes they are listed but in this case someone wants to stay long term so I was trying to decide whether to draw up a long term agreement or continue month to month via Airbnb.

Would like some advice on pro's and con's of deciding whether to have a long term agreement or Airbnb style arrangement for a propsective tenant who's willing to stay long term in a guest room we have at our place.

Hello,

I wanted to reach out to the forum for advice on cash out financing referrals in my situation. I have been living and working overseas past 14 years (Dubai)but I do not receive a W2. I have been having a hard time with local US banks as they require me to be living and working in the US. Anyone in a similar situation? I’m looking to possibly cash out refi possibly some properties that have equity to be utilised. Any help would be much appreciated.
