Hello,

I just wanted to know the proper laws in Kansas City, Missouri to charge tenants for property damages after eviction. As we know as investors the security deposit does not cover all damages. What is the best way to charge tenant for property damages especially if they left and there is no information about their new address? I already have in the leasing agreement that they will be responsible for damages. Any tips especially with finding tenant new address? Thanks

Hello,

I wanted to know the process of renovating blighted homes in Indianapolis.  If I have to demolished the blighted home, what is the process? Also gutting a new home from scratch, what codes, fees or zoning laws will I have to follow? Are there any special Indianapolis loans and grants in renovated/restoring blighted homes. Any more information or things to look out for in building those homes will be appreciated.

Thanks

Hello,

I wanted to rehab a property in Baltimore City. I just need to know the rules and regulations dealing with restructuring, renovating, permits, zoning, plans and registrations in the rehab process. I don't want to be fine or have a problem arise that could of been solved earlier. Be free to give all your knowledge please. My property will be near Johns Hopkins if you know any specific criteria for rehabbing in that area, I appreciate it.

Thanks.

Hello,

I'm looking to invest with others in Indianapolis's redevelopment areas including Near Eastside, Christian Park, Irvington, Center Townships and Warren Townships districts. I'm interested in flipping or using BRRR. Let me know if you are interested in these areas as we can work together. Send me a request. Also this will be my first property I had to rehab and invest with others, so if you have expertise I'm willing to listen. Most of my properties are turnkeys. In addition, if you know where we can find blighted properties that is a plus. Thanks
