Hello, does anyone have any recommendations for a quality handyman/contractor in the Memphis area that can do rental repairs/updates? I'm looking for someone to pretty much do the same cookie cutter rental updates to get my units ready for tenants upon move-out. It's hard trying to piece together a team, and referrals haven't been easy to come by. They are either up charged or no-shows. Looking for any suggestions on where to start. Thanks

Hi, I’m looking to build a rock star team in the Memphis area but need assistance/contacts for general projects. I need an electrician, plumber, and a handyman that can fix small wood jobs like rotten wood, and paint etc. any help is appreciated thanks.
