Hi I'm looking for info on what sheets your using and the info on them for when you go to do your taxes for your rental propeeties. 

I have a Excel spread sheet with a breakdown each month with these categories. 

Any input is greatly appreciated thanks.

Yes here in fort mcmurray and surrounding area the going rate is $1000 per bedroom that's about the average.

The condo is 7 years old and the mortgage is a 5 year variable, to get out of it anytime is 3 months interest.

@Jay Gill its in northern alberta area.

There is one Building only and no plans for the future that are being said, along there is a town of 600 but industry is slow right now and the market is defiantly a buyers market.

The Condo was appraised at $243,200 on its last assessment.
