Thank you for this information it’s very informative and deliberately said. I will definitely read the article you shared to help guide me in my PMC selection. When I mentioned that they are similar I meant for my area which is why it’s been hard to choose the right one. Fortunately for me, I have you and the BiggerPockets community to help coach, mentor, and train me on making not only the right decision, but the smart one.

Hello all, I’m currently stationed in Hawaii and I’m looking to invest in my hometown of San Antonio TX. I’m still hesitant to invest long distance but I know I need to in order to begin my journey to financial freedom. I am very new to the investing lifestyle and I can’t wait to see where this new mindset takes me. Although I’m not fully ready to take on a property by myself yet, I am interested in privately loaning money for a rehab and learning from others on how the whole process works.
