Hello everyone!

My name is Sheila Richmond Young, and I'm new to the real estate industry. Currently, I work a full-time job, but I'm passionate about learning how to start making passive income through real estate investments.

I've just reached a point where I can start saving money, so I'm looking for advice and guidance on how to begin investing, especially using grants or government funding. If anyone has experience or knowledge in this area and is willing to share, I would greatly appreciate it.
