Thank you for responding any place out of California where I reside. I don’t have a lot of money but my credit is decent. Anything you can advice or help me with would be so appreciated.

I had a very bad experience with my first realtor,who lied and wasn’t very helpful. I’m new to real estate investing and I just need help or partnering with people who can guide me thru remote multi-family investing. This is something I really want to do and I’m located in California. Any and all help would make me so grateful.

I’m having the hardest time finding a state with a decent area to invest in multi-family housing. My first attempt was disappointing with the wrong realtor. But this is something I really want to do which is buy out of state. I currently reside in California, which should explain why out of state. Any and all advice welcome
