Hi @Joseph England! I just finished listening to your podcast. First, thank you for all you do for this country, and secondly thank you for sharing such valuable information. 21 properties, WOW! When you get an opportunity, could you PM me the name of the Realtor you use (if you dont mind).

I came across one and then researched the site http://www.cias.com, but if you haven't heard of one Mr. Parrish I'm guessing its not very prominent among REI's.

Good Day Everyone!

My Husband and I have started to look into investing in Rental Property in Baltimore County/City. We are thinking of utilizing the BRRRR method to get a few properties under our belt. There's so much information provided for us I am excited and am really looking forward to getting our first property!

A few weeks ago we took a developer to lunch to ask questions and get his thoughts on the Baltimore market, turns out he charges as a consultant and charges a retainer. Although I wish I could afford a $5-10K consultant, its just not in the cards at this time. So we have a few meetings coming up to talk with bankers, a CPA, and hopefully an attorney.

I've seen a few agents who are certified as "CIAS" Certified Investor Agent Specialists has anyone worked with one? Are they're any Real Estate Investor Agents in the Baltimore area? I am half-way through my licensing course, not sure if I should wait until I am licensed or find an agent right away.

Joseph thank you so much for this very helpful information. I am a newbie (so very new newbie) and the information you've outlined for us is very helpful. I'm in the Baltimore area (West County) as well. Thanks again!
