Hey San Antonio Investors, I would be so grateful if you'd be willing to share some contacts for the subs I have listed below.

Anyone you've used that just did a bang up job?

Anyone who you would run from if they ever called again?

I think it makes sense to share this information as nobody wants to get screwed:)  Please reply here or PM me.  Thanks so much!

I have a Probate Lead from a letter I sent.  The son would like to finally sell his fathers house.  I don't invest in El Paso.  If you do hit me up.  $1000 bird-dog fee if you close.  I'll trust you'll pay it.  If not, pooh on you:)  Karma is unkind....

@WaltPayne

Hi Walt,

I'm sorry I'm a little confused by your numbers. 5-6 times monthly?

Can you break down what you mean? I'm thinking your assuming the 100 postcards per week is what I'm doing, and thats correct...

@Darrell Shepherd

Daryll, question:

Lets say I have a list pulled from Listsource for 50% or higher equity absentee owners. The entire list with pretty lax but necessary criteria is only 3k names or so. I buy the first 1000 names, hit them 3 times, and then rinse and repeat with the 2nd and 3rd batch of 1000 to complete 3 hits for the entire list over a few months (or 9 weeks depending on how it goes..I'm thinking 1k postcards/week right now or forget it!)...

So what do I do now? The list has been hit 3 times...do I just start over, or maybe pull a new 30-49% equity absentee list? But what about when that is gone?
