@Edward Lawrence I think they may call it something different now. I cannot find anything about property meld on AppFolio's site. Is it like a contact center where they manage inbound calls and filter them to you? Or send out vendors? I'm researching software and really think AF is the way to go. I like their RUBS feature too as we have RUBS properties. Did you make the switch to Yardi? If so, which do you like better?

@Jessica Hunt thank you for the information. I’m intrigued by the maintenance contact center and the RUBS section of their offering. I think I’ll contact them, I have to make sure I can onboard non-US Citizens. Thank you again!

What's your experience with AppFolio @Jessica Hunt? I'm looking at Buildium or Rentec and would even look at AppFolio. We only have 20 units, but want to be forward thinking.

@Peter T. I’ve started having the same experience with Cozy. I also noticed they are a part of apartments.com. They may start charging. If that’s the case, another PM software may be more advantageous. I hear good things about Appfolio.

@Joshua Mclendon I'm here in Tyler. Let me know how I can help. Maybe we should organize a meetup here in Tyler too...

@Brian Ellis I’m in a very similar position, but about 2 months ahead of you and minus the contractor part! I’m going to try and keep an eye on you and if you want to talk about anything or there is something I can do to help, I’m here. I severed my 85k+ per year job 08/01 and have been super excited and scared to death at the same time. I’ve wanted to pursue real estate full-time for a really long time and just couldn’t justify leaving the W2 money until now. We’re still short as well, but that puts a fire on me. DM me is you want. I’m going to connect with you. Go after it with everything!

@Angie Shires I agree! Maybe it’s time to start wholesaling...I’m going to look at this.

@Matthew Stapleford I've been looking at self-storage too. I have a lender, now I just need a property. I think you're making a great decision.
