Hello.

I am very very new to real estate investing (been listening to a couple of episodes of bigger pockets over youtube).

My main goal is to start building a second income, and buy more real-estate assets over time.

i was think about buying a single/duplex with a friend together as my first investment will be a good start for me.

i live in Israel. and real-estate here is very expensive here and its require a big investment just for my first asset, also the return rates are very very low.

so my question is what do i need to do .

- Do i need a back account in the US. Should it be private or business.

- What country should i be looking for in order to buy an asset.

- Where should i look for assets. Wholesalers, MLS ?

- And in general what are my steps for getting started

thank you
