Thank you, Zev

Can you please elaborate, what can be the reasons?

A Correction , the monthly  $1550 is ( Loan + Insurance + Tax)

Hi All,

I'm a foreign investor.

Let's say I have a property that is rent ready and estimated at $210K   ( renting average in this area for such property is $1600)

I want to owner finance it in the following terms:  $30K down payment and $1550 for 30 yrs.  ( the 1550 include rent + insurance + tax)
Will I have a hard time finding someone to put a 30k down payment? Does people with that much saving, usually have good credit score and buy with a conventional loan ?

Thanks
