Does anyone know of any land agents that are investor friendly in the North Carolina (Mecklenburg, Rowan, and Carrabus County). Also if any in Texas, Florida, Nevada area???

Hello, Does anyone know of an investor-friendly attorney in the North Carolina, specifically in Rowan or Carrabus County area, that will participate in a double closings. I can bring my own funds to the closing, however, I'm having trouble finding an attorney that will help with double closing.
